What we collect, and why

This is a small business run by a named person. The honest summary is that we hold very little, and you can have it removed by asking.

The short version

We collect what is needed to design your workshop and to run the business, and nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something.

What we collect, and why

When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your answer to the single question on the booking form. This is processed by Calendly so the call can happen.

When you pay: your name, email address, and payment details. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

On the intake call: whatever you tell us about your session, your organization, and the people in the room. This is the substance of the work. We keep call notes for as long as the engagement is open, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back.

When you browse: anonymous, aggregated usage data through PostHog, so we can tell whether this site explains the service or not. It is configured not to persist identifiers between visits, which means we cannot follow you across sessions and we do not set tracking cookies for it.

Who processes it

Stripe for payments. Calendly for scheduling. PostHog for anonymous site analytics, hosted in the EU. A standard email provider for correspondence. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, and each publishes its own privacy terms.

No other third party receives your information. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.

Confidentiality of what you tell us

What you describe on the intake call is commercially sensitive by nature. It is used to design your session and for nothing else. We do not turn client situations into case studies, marketing examples, or samples, and no client name appears anywhere we publish.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and it will be actioned, normally within a few days and always within one month. There is no form and no process to navigate.

Deletion means deletion. The only thing retained afterwards is what tax and accounting law requires us to keep about the transaction itself.

Where data is held

Our processors operate internationally, including in the United States, under the standard safeguards their own terms describe. Site analytics are hosted in the EU. If you are in the UK or EU and want more specific detail before engaging, ask and we will answer directly.
